TERMS OF SERVICE
General Terms
I will draw:
OC's (Original Characters)
Fanart
Simple animals (dogs, cats, etc)
Couples/Shippings
Backgrounds
Slight gore/blood (consult me!)I won't draw:
Mecha (robots or androids)
Excessive gore/ too much blood
Hate Art (art that will offend/hurt/discriminate against another person, character, series, movie, etc.)
NSFW - Not Safe For Work (explicit art ex.: nudes, erotica, etc)

•The commissions will be done by purchase order.•I have the right to decline an order without explanations.•These terms can change at any moment without previous advice.
Work Terms
-Once the commissioner says the details about the drawing they want, I’ll start the sketch, to which there can be modifications as the client wants.
-Once all the things to modify are done I will do the rest of the drawing.
-Once done, I will give the final product.

•What you receive:
-Ended drawing in full quality without watermark.
-❗The signature cannot be erased ❗
-The estimated delivery time of the sketch is a week.
-The estimated delivery time of the final product is between 15 days and a month. The client will be notified if something happens and for that the delivery time changes.
-The delivery times can vary by force majeure.
Payment Terms
•The payment will be through a bank transference or via PayPal (in case of paying via PayPal there will be a fee of 5% of the price due to PayPal's own fees).•The payment consists of: a sign (the half of the price) before starting the sketch and the other half before giving the final product. (The client sends the sign, then sends me the proof of payment and there I start working on the product.)•I won’t start with the initial sketch until receiving the first payment.
Refund Terms
•There will only be a refund if the sketch was given and at that moment it is decided not to continue with the process. (50% will be refunded from the original price)•Otherwise, if you’re unconform with the final product there won’t be a refund. (Make sure to tell me all the details I need to know in the moment to present the idea!!)
Use/Usage Terms
•I own all the rights of every work that I produce. You’re paying me to create an image, not to give it’s rights.•You only have the right to use the final product for yourself (that is, without commercial purposes, ex.: You can't do merchandise, resell it, auction it, etc.), you can use my work as a profile picture in social media, as a banner, as a wallpaper, print it and have it as a poster (ONLY for yourself),etc.•I have the right to use the product as an example for future commissions if the client allows it.•If you want to order a commission with commercial purposes, from now I tell you that I don’t do that type of commission. At the moment I don’t let other people profit with my work. Thanks for understanding.
